We have highly qualified and experienced computer technicians working in our fully equipped workshop here on site. We solve both software and hardware related problems with minimum delay and disruption to your system. Unlike many of our competitors wiping and reloading your system is out LAST resort, not our first. However, this is sometimes necessary; if that is the case, we will offer you the option of a data backup* of any important files.
Our clear and simple fixed fee system ensures you will not receive a nasty surprise when you come to collect your repaired computer. Our fixed fee is £49.50 and covers all diagnosis and labour involved in your repair; including sourcing any required parts and a 10-point system check.
Should you require any hardware we inform you of any additional cost incurred before proceeding with your repair, we will also share the results of the system check and suggest any relevant action required.
